We took a most fabulous field trip to Linville Caverns today. (A field trip on Sunday?!?! I’m actually not an evil teacher that has school seven days a week….we just wanted to make the trip when Grace’s dad could go too. 😉 ) This was an awesome way to let Grace experience some of the minerals and formations we’ve discussed in science.
- An interesting formation inside the cavern.
- Playing on the rocks next to the creek…..so many things to investigate!
